We use it to schedule appointments, deliver telehealth visits, send forms, handle billing, coordinate your care, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with the vendors who help us operate — our health record, telehealth, forms, messaging, and payment providers — under contracts that limit their use of it, including HIPAA Business Associate Agreements where required; with your health plan for payment; and where you direct us or the law requires.

Text messaging

If you opt in, we may text you about appointments, telehealth visits, intake forms, billing, and care coordination.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to send the messages you agreed to receive, and are shared only with the messaging providers that transmit them for us.

Your health information and your choices

Protected health information is governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which this policy does not replace. You may reply STOP to end texts, unsubscribe from emails, or contact us to review or correct your information. We safeguard the data we hold, but no internet transmission is fully secure — please don't send clinical details by email or text. Our site is not directed to children under 13.
